Updated: Jul 1, 2021

The holistic approach to beauty means treating the whole of something, not just a part of it. Improving your overall health, body, mind, and soul will result in radiant skin. So, there are more than just quick fixes that will make your skin look beautiful temporarily. In addition, I will help you to achieve looking beautiful in the long term.

Holistic beauty tips for better skin

Positive effects are inevitable with the perfect combination of sleep, fitness, nutrition, wellness, and skincare. For example:

  • Nutrition – your skin can absorb nutrients not only through topical products but also by a healthy diet. Having balanced meals is the number one rule for having healthy skin and hair. Giving nourishment, vitamins, proteins, and minerals from the inside will boost your skin and make it look healthy and glow.

  • Drink water – drinking enough water daily will keep your skin moisturized. This will also increase the elasticity of your skin.

  • Exercise – by exercising, your circulatory system is constantly improving. It will strengthen the muscles and tissues that are responsible for having youthful tight skin.

  • Sleep – if you don't get enough sleep, you don't look your best. While sleeping, our skin is repairing itself, and this is important for our skin's appearance. Skin cells regenerate quickly at night.

  • Soul/Spirit- Practicing gratitude, meditating, listening to positive affirmations, and energy healing all help make you feel good. Taking care of your spiritual health causes you to have a positive aura and vibration. Feeling better makes you look better; this is why it is essential to take care of your spiritual health no matter what challenges you are going through.

  • Skincare products – having daily and nightly routines will protect your skin from free radicals, environmental influences, etc. The most important tip for having radiant skin is to wear sunscreen during the day. SPF will protect you from the UVA and UVB rays that lead to aging and burning. Ingredients such as lactic acid, retinoids, marula oil, and Vitamin C.
